3XC Yamaha R1-Z complete gearbox cluster as per the photos. This is a popular upgrade for those racing a TZR250 1KT/2MA, as the ratios are closer together (same as the F3 race kit). This means a higher first, second and lower 5th and 6th - importantly, it ensures you don't drop out of the power between 5th and the standard overdrive 6th. Important in racing and for those who like to use the gearbox fully, to exploit the most from their bike.
